Mr. Heddleston, a Founding Principal at VaultCap Partners, is a seasoned multifamily real estate professional who started his career in 2005. Prior to forming VaultCap, he successfully acquired 24 multifamily properties, totaling 4,672 units with a total cost of $362 million, across an array of asset classes. His focus includes acquisition sourcing, capital raising and investor relations, capital improvement and renovation projects, asset and property management oversight, and overall management of the firm.

Before his current role, Mr. Heddleston was the Director of Acquisitions at MBP Capital, Inc., a private equity real estate firm that specializes in multifamily properties. During his time there, he acted as a Key Principal while also serving on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for the firm's real estate fund and its affiliates. Mr. Heddleston also oversaw over $37 million of capital improvement projects.

Mr. Heddleston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Christ is a Founding Principal at VaultCap Partners where he leads all acquisitions, underwriting, capital markets including debt and equity structures, portfolio management, financial matters, investor relations, and overall management of the firm.

Prior to founding VaultCap Partners, Mr. Christ worked as the Chief Financial Analyst at MBP Capital for 8 years where he served on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for MBP Real Estate Fund I, L.P. and its affiliates. During that time, he was responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, REIT administration, fund marketing, valuations, and legal and compliance for the fund.

Mr. Christ has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Hoy serves as an Investor Relations Specialist at VaultCap Partners, bringing with him over 15 years of expertise in the real estate investment sector. His investment journey began in 2005 with property acquisitions in Pittsburgh, PA, which later extended to Northwest Florida. Since 2017, he has concentrated on multifamily syndications, enlightening potential investors about the advantages of these investments through VaultCap Partners.

Prior to his venture into real estate, Mr. Hoy distinguished himself as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force, executing over 140 combat missions across Southeast Asia and earning numerous military awards for his courage and dedication.

Mr. Hoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
