Ryan Heddleston, CCIM
Principal & Founder
Mr. Heddleston is a Founder and Principal of VaultCap Partners. Since 2010 he has acquired 36 multifamily communities totaling 5,974 units and more than $561 million in total capitalization, and he has served as key principal and loan guarantor on the vast majority of them.
At VaultCap, he leads the sourcing of new investments, capital improvement programs, and asset and property management, and he guides the firm's overall growth and direction.
Before founding VaultCap, Mr. Heddleston was a partner in the general partnership at MBP Capital, where he served as key principal on 24 multifamily acquisitions and oversaw every capital improvement program, including more than $50 million in renovations. He also sat on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for MBP Real Estate Fund I, L.P. and its affiliates.
He is also a cofounder of Valorem Tax Advisors (ValoremTX.com), a Texas multifamily property tax consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Texas Tech University.
Mark Christ
Principal & Founder
Mr. Christ is a Co-Founder and Principal at VaultCap Partners where he leads all acquisitions, underwriting, capital markets including debt and equity structures, portfolio management, financial matters, investor relations, and overall management of the firm. Since 2020 he has overseen all acquisitions and acquired 12 communities totaling 1,347 units and $199 million in total capitalization.
Prior to founding VaultCap Partners, Mr. Christ worked as the Chief Financial Analyst at MBP Capital for 8 years where he served on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for MBP Real Estate Fund I, L.P. and its affiliates. During that time he was responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, REIT administration, fund marketing, valuations, and legal and compliance for the fund.
Mr. Christ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Colorado.
Neil Hoy
Director of Investor Relations & General Partner
Mr. Hoy serves as Director of Investor Relations at VaultCap Partners, bringing with him over 20 years of expertise in the real estate investment sector. His investment journey began in 2005 with property acquisitions in Pittsburgh, PA which later extended into Northwest Florida. Since 2017, he has concentrated on multifamily syndications, helping investors understand and access multifamily investments through VaultCap Partners.
Prior to his venture into real estate, Mr. Hoy distinguished himself as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force, executing over 140 combat missions across Southeast Asia and earning numerous military awards for his courage and dedication.
Mr. Hoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the United States Air Force Academy and Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma
