People we serve

Different careers.
Shared ambitions.

The people we help pursue their wealth-building goals include military veterans, pilots, physicians, small business owners and real estate professionals. Each brings a different story. We take the time to understand yours—what you’re working toward, who you’re building for and how multifamily investing may fit into that picture.

Investing with purpose

Your goals may include preparing for retirement, creating more choices for your family or building a legacy. Our focus is acquiring and improving multifamily communities in Texas and Oklahoma.

Questions to ask

Clarity before
commitment.

Who can invest?

We work with both accredited and eligible non-accredited investors through private offerings under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D, subject to applicable SEC requirements and each offering’s terms.

Participation is not automatic. Non-accredited investors must meet the required financial and business sophistication standard, either alone or with a purchaser representative. We establish a pre-existing, substantive relationship and evaluate eligibility before discussing an offering.

What is the minimum investment?

Minimums and terms vary by opportunity. Review the offering documents for the applicable details.

What should I review?

Understand the business plan, fees, potential distributions, holding period and risks. Ask how investor reporting and communications will be handled.
