Ryan Heddleston, CCIM
Mr. Heddleston is a Co-Founder and Principal at VaultCap Partners. His investment experience, which began in 2010, includes acquiring more than 35 multifamily properties amounting to over 5,700 units and a total capitalization exceeding $527MM. At VaultCap Partners, Mr. Heddleston primarily focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities, managing capital improvement projects, overseeing asset and property management, and guiding the firm’s overall growth and direction. Prior to co-founding VaultCap Partners, Mr. Heddleston served as a key principal on 24 multifamily acquisitions, brokered more than 35 transactions, and supervised all capital improvement projects. Additionally, during his time as Vice President at MBP Capital, he was a member of both the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for MBP Real Estate Fund I, L.P and its affiliates.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Texas Tech University.

Mark Christ
Mr. Christ is a Co-Founder and Principal at VaultCap Partners where he leads all acquisitions, underwriting, capital markets including debt and equity structures, portfolio management, financial matters, investor relations, and overall management of the firm. Since 2020 he has overseen all acquisitions and grown the portfolio to exceed 1,000 units with a total capitalization greater than $165MM. Prior to founding VaultCap Partners, Mr. Christ worked as the Chief Financial Analyst at MBP Capital for 8 years where he served on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for MBP Real Estate Fund I, L.P. and its affiliates. During that time he was responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, REIT administration, fund marketing, valuations, and legal and compliance for the fund.
Mr. Christ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Colorado.
Director, Investor Relations & General Partner
Neil Hoy
Mr. Hoy serves as Director of Investor Relations at VaultCap Partners, bringing with him over 15 years of expertise in the real estate investment sector. His investment journey began in 2005 with property acquisitions in Pittsburgh, PA which later extended into Northwest Florida. Since 2017, he has concentrated on multifamily syndications, enlightening potential investors about the advantages of these investments through VaultCap Partners. Prior to his venture into real estate, Mr. Hoy distinguished himself as an officer and pilot in the United States Air Force, executing over 140 combat missions across Southeast Asia and earning numerous military awards for his courage and dedication.
Mr. Hoy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the United States Air Force Academy and Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma
